Unfortunately, the terms Alpha & Beta male have been hijacked by certain sections of the internet (like this idiot). The misconception is that Alpha males are better and more capable men. The original meaning is in the context of how he is viewed sexually by women. In the modern world, women view men using OBSOLETE BIOLOGICAL WIRING and select men for traits that were advantageous 10,000 years ago but make no sense today. Women are often drawn to men with a shady criminal past which of course doesn't make you a "better man" but he gets more sex. Once you look closely the distinction is as clear as night and day. Gender Attraction Differential. Alpha does not mean wealth or business success. There are rich men in champagne bars who are hardly getting a look off the women. There are also unemployed losers who have multiple women on rotation. 

ALPHA often gets sex with the minimum amount of time/effort/money spent on her. BETA frequently gets rejected and only gets sex after multiple dates and demonstrations of his long-term relationship and provider quality.

An ALPHA hitting on multiple women is "confident" while a BETA doing it is "creepy". 

A woman who's with an Alpha will be eager to be seen with him in public and on social media. A woman who's with a BETA or has turned beta will often be posting just pictures of her & her kids or even worse girls' nights out.

A woman will be oblivious to a BETA giving declarations of undying love. She will turn even the slightest interaction with an ALPHA into hours of fantasy in her head. A woman will cling to the fact that an obvious player stayed for breakfast after a one-night stand as "irrefutable proof" that he wanted long-term commitment.

Personally I have been disillusioned with politics on BOTH SIDES OF THE SPECTRUM for many years now. As an Englishman I find USA politics irritating especially the oversaturation on social media sites like twitter. For the record I have many issues with Trump and his sidekicks. Mostly their backward anti science agenda. 

Firstly you have Trump who promoted Hydroxychloroquine during the covid pandemic. Which never worked, contributed to the countries death toll and was quietly forgotten about. Then you have Mike Pence, a creationist who also denies that tobacco is harmful. 

Most scary of all is RFK Jr, lunatic conspiracy theorist and anti vaxer (opposing all vaccines not just the covid one). His misinformation contributed to the deaths in Samoa. Him having a say in the USAs health system scares me more than Iran getting their hands on nuclear weapons.

Away from science you have victims of rape and incest being made to give birth or having to jump through multiple hurdles to get an abortion. This is one of the few issues I actually agree with feminists on. 
The countries policy of giving "any idiot" a gun contributes to 48,000 shooting deaths per year.

The above is what I'd expect from some third world desert hellhole like Somalia or Afghanistan not a first world superpower. That being said you have to acknowledge why people voted for him.

Ordinary men are being treated as second class citizens and are sick of it. Voting for someone like Trump is one of the few ways they can make themselves heard.

Take male suicide for example which happens around 4 times the rate of female suicide. The response to this is the same as for any other issue facing men.
1) Ignore the real causes such as divorce.
2) Blame imaginary causes such as Toxic masculinity. 
3) Propose solutions that don't work or make the problem worse such as. "Men need to open up about their feelings".
4) Virtual signalling on social media.

*If you dare to propose sensible limits on immigration, and suggest that the homeless native population should be housed first then you are a RACIST.
*If you suggest that having an entire month devoted to pride is slightly excessive. While just a single day is devoted to war veterans. You are HOMOPHOBIC
*Don't want to date an overweight woman despite the fact she would never date an overweight man then you are FATPHOBIC
*It's fine for women to have 10 point check lists of completely unrealistic requirements for men but the second a man wants a slim, feminine, low body count woman he's a Misogynist. 
* Complain about teachers giving higher marks to girls at school or women getting lesser punishments then men for committing the same crime. Your just a winey basement dwelling loser. 
* It's impossible now to say anything even remotely negative about women no matter how factually correct without being labelled an INCEL. 

Yes women and minority groups were treated horribly in the past but blatantly overcompensating for this and taking it out on men today who weren't even born then will just bring out another evil. Unlike a lot of people in the manosphere I do actually agree with left wingers on some issues.

Take the covid pandemic, I supported lockdowns, mask wearing and vaccination. I received a positive response for bashing the ridiculous claims made by scientifically illiterate (mostly) American right wingers. When the black lives matter protests kicked off in the Uk. I objected on the basis that they were helping spread the virus while I was obeying lockdown rules. One Canadian Facebook friend argued that these protests were more important that the roughly 1000 people a day dying in hospitals and our national health service being stretched to breaking out. When I objected she unfriended me.

I was following a twitter user called Badmedicaltakes. Who at the time was mostly bashing the above mentioned American right wingers. Later I started asking why men who desire a low body count woman qualifies as a "bad medical take". I also asked why this account didn't give a single mention on the subject of fat acceptance. Obesity causes countless premature deaths a year as well as overloading the healthcare system.
The response to these questions....... I was blocked. 

 Left wingers and feminists have created the very monster they now despise.

In my article on Incels I pointed out how men are being bombarded with the message that they need to be effeminate "nice guys". Men who follow this advice find themselves, used ignored and friend zoned. The women who give this advice then act completely shocked and baffled then these men out of sheer anger and frustration turn to help from lunatics like Andrew Tate.

The culture of blaming men for everything wrong in society, especially straight white men and the subsequent election of Trump is a similar problem. 

The left wingers won't learn even after this.

The correct response to Trumps victory would be to acknowledge the above and more importantly act on it. In the 48 hours after the result was announced I have seen the following.

Sex strikes, some women have announced that they are avoiding sex with either Trump voters or all men. The irony being that if women were this disciplined and only had sex with men that showed long term compatibility. There wouldn't be such a large need for a abortion or a massive single motherhood problem. 

Doubling down on their ideology's. In the left wingers mind Trumps election is "irrefutable proof" that men are more far right, extremist, terrorist, sexist, misogynistic, racist, bigoted, homophobic, transphobic, Islamophobic, useless, selfish, fascist, Nazi, trash, deplorable, garbage, bitter Incels etc. Than they ever imagined. There will be even more demands for internet censorship and the lumping together of moderate MRAs with lunatics like Andrew Tate.

I'm sure the Uk government are watching with interest and doing the same with planned laws against "misogyny" in the pipeline. I wouldn't be surprised if a similar Trump like figure started gaining popularity as a result.

Conclusion.

Personally I see Trumps victory is a great screw you to the man hating woke left. On the other hand it's a terrible day for scientific progress. 

NIGHTLIFE - WHY IT'S DYING

Nightlife is dying, I was inspired to write this after the closure of Tiger Tiger in Piccadilly London of all places. I also have a 21 year old male cousin who rarely goes out at the weekend. When I was the same age I was practically racing home from work on Friday evenings so I could go out. This is not unique to the UK with similar stories from North America, Australia and the rest of Europe.

Men go out to get women. That's the bottom line, yes socialising, getting drunk and enjoying the music are all factors. However the presence of large numbers young, single, attractive women creates an environment where men have the best chance. A lot of men simply wouldn't be there otherwise. Bar and club owners have known this for generations. Letting women in for free on "ladies nights" will pay for itself by encouraging men who spend the money.

Why nightlife is dying today.

Dating sites/apps. In the past a woman risked slut judgement from friends, family, co-workers when leaving the club with a random man she'd met on the dance floor. Now she can hook up online easily, meet him where nobody knows her and the rest of the world would be none the wiser.

Fewer women are out as a result. I can't remember the last time I was out at midnight with more than 40% of the people being female. Ratios of 2,3 or even 4 men to 1 woman is not unusual. As well as making it much more difficult for the men it has a negative effect on the remaining women. Sensing their power, even unattractive women become more bitchy and demanding.

Average men don't have a chance today. I was no Casanova back in the late 1990s / early 2000s. However I did get the occasional relationship, one night stand, drunken kiss or phone number. Young with hormones raging, this was enough to keep me going out and spending large amounts of money in bars and clubs. Today thanks to dating apps even below average women think they are entitled to the top few percent of men.

Getting a woman's phone number now means nothing. In the pre internet era around 25 - 50% of phone numbers I obtained resulted in meeting her again. Today she could have dozens of other men messaging her via dating apps and social media. If she perceives just one of them to be a better option then you are out.

The definition of harassment has drastically changed. By all means men who grope women or don't take no for an answer fully deserve to get kicked out a club by security. Today merely attempting a conversation with a woman is risky (if you are in the bottom 80% of male attractiveness). Organisations like #helpafriend produce posters telling men that subjecting to a women to go to a quiet place so they talk is "sexual abuse". How do they think their own parents met ????????

If this happens to a young inexperienced man then it's obviously going to discourage him from ever approaching women again. Instead sitting at home playing video games and contributing to our society's crashing birth rates. 

Covid lockdowns and the subsequent restrictions forced people to adopt new habits. Having drinks at home bars literally became the "new normal". It's a help of a lot cheaper to drink at home. A lot of people simply didn't go back to their old habits.

Economics. Nightclubs and bars massively increased their prices to get back the money they lost during covid. Combined with the general state of the economy many people simply can't afford to go out.

TOXIC MASCULINITY - A FEW QUESTIONS

The majority of UK primary school teachers are female, with a third not having a single male teacher. There has also been a massive increase in the number of boys being raised by single mothers. Could it be that lack of masculinity rather than "toxic masculinity" is the actual problem ?

The above mentioned female teachers show obvious bias against boys and give lower grades for the same standard of work. When even the BBC admits this you know there's a problem. Why is there no backlash against this instead of blaming boys all the time ?

I was often ridiculed at school especially around the age of 13 -14 for things such as. Being socially awkward, having unusual hobbies and my parents not being able to afford fashionable clothing. Why is this behaviour considered "toxic" when it comes out the mouths of other boys but not from girls of which there were plenty ?

A common example given of "toxic masculinity" is male violence against females. Why is this taken and punished more seriously than other forms of violence ? For example
* A group of people ganging up on a single person.
* A bigger stronger person hitting a smaller weaker person.
* A female hitting a male, usually it's the male gets punished when he acts in self defence.

Why is male violence and aggression condemned as "toxic" by women who will then complain if men don't use violence to protect them against an aggressive attacker ?

A common example given of "toxic masculinity" is telling boys that "real men cry and open up about their feelings". So why was it when I did this at school I was often mocked and ridiculed by the FEMALE TEACHERS I reported bullying to for many years ? Numerous social experiments show that when a male shows weakness at the hands of a female he is mocked and ridiculed Social experiment into men and women abusing each other in public. "Male abuser" is instantly stopped. People pile on him. "Female abuser" is encouraged, people join in & smile.

Why are issues like the above completely ignored in favour of blaming "toxic masculinity" or "boys not crying" ?

Is there going to be a higher level of toxic masculinity lessons given to migrants from non-Western cultures who have a drastically different view of women, if not why not ? Like certain groups of people who fly planes into buildings or drive trucks into crowds of marketgoers.

Why do those who promote so-called "healthy masculinity" always consist of placing the female above the male in all situations, never being aggressive or dominating the conversation?

Give examples of where men can openly criticise female behaviour WITHOUT being labelled "toxic" or "misogynistic"?

The modern man is bombarded with the message that he should be an emotionally open, nice guy on the feminist path. Only to be ignored, ridiculed, friend-zoned and used for resources by women. A third of the women you date are only in it for free food: study (nypost.com). Some of these, out of anger and frustration, look for help at the Incel sites on 4chan or turn to genuinely toxic men like Andrew Tate. Every time women complain about men, it's the beta males. Yes, they cry about Chad pumping and dumping them, but they see no issues with Chad. They never badmouth Chad in any way, shape, or form, except for crying about being dumped. If a man announces that he prefers playing video games to playing rugby, why is it "toxic masculinity" for other men to mock him for rejecting a traditionally masculine activity? But perfectly acceptable for women to mock him for playing video games?

Why is it wrong for men to judge women on their sexual history but perfectly fine for women to use the word INCEL as an insult against men, regardless of whether it's actually true or not?

Why is so-called "slut shaming" not an issue when women do it to each other?

Why is it "toxic" for men to brag about bedding loads of women when it literally takes "2 to tango"? Women often have no issues dating men full of the knowledge they have used and discard dozens of other women previously.

Your bank, insurance company and employer will judge you on your past for obvious reasons. Why is it "toxic masculinity" for men to judge women on their past? For the record I do not buy any of the "Big Pharma" conspiracy theories. While there are certain problems with that industry most critics go off the scale into complete woo woo land.

While the pharmaceutical companies, as shown above, do have a lot to answer for regarding their business practices, many critics of Big Pharma go way, way beyond the realm of well-deserved criticism of these corporations. The biggest indicator that someone is a conspiracy theorist is their reluctance to discuss the “real problems” with big pharma. As an experiment I typed in “opioid” into the facebook search of friends posts. It did not return a single result despite the fact I have at least a dozen friends who have been raging against big pharma for the last couple of years of the covid pandemic. 

The groups that push Big Pharma conspiracies tend to fall into two camps which often overlap: alternative medicine cranks, quacks, as well as stock conspiracy theorists. Big Pharma plays the villain in the quack persecution complex as it works tirelessly to suppress their "brilliant cures". The general train of thought behind those who reject evidence-based medicine is fraudulent and all the studies and experiments are bogus. Any studies showing inefficacy of a treatment are immediately latched onto as "proof" that medical science is bunk by Joseph Mercola and Mike Adams types. Then there are the really cranky cancer conspiracies revolving around the idea that Big Pharma invented the cure for cancer but is covering it up. There is also a new bunch of fringe theorists, who think that all cancer is a fungus, and that all scientific studies on cancer are therefore frauds. Anti-vaxxers also live on Big Pharma conspiracy theories. This opens the door for the woo-meisters to peddle their bullshit, because, you see, they actually care about you while Big Pharma has a profit motive and they don't. Nuh-uh, no profit motive for quackery at all. Just pure all-natural goodness like nature intended, naturally, of course..

The Brave Maverick Doctor is a part of the mythos of woo, anti-science and conspiracist thinking generally. In the usual scenario, a "brave maverick doctor" invents a miracle cure for cancer, AIDS, autism, chronic Lyme disease, malaria, and toe fungus, but this is suppressed by evil Big Pharma and he is hounded by Big Pharma Shills who cause trouble with advertising and medical regulators on the wholly spurious grounds that nobody else in the entire world has ever managed to duplicate the effect of the miracle cure.

Likewise weasel words such as “experimental” and “gene therapy” are used to discredit "Big Pharma". At what point exactly does a medication become non- experimental ? What genes exactly are added, modified or removed ?

Most people will get sick eventually. If cancer vanishes off the face of the earth tomorrow "Big Pharma" doesn't lose out. It would simply mean more people would be around to get other things like heart disease, Alzheimer's, pneumonia etc. Likewise if everyone quit alcohol, tobacco, junk food and hit the gym "Big Pharma" doesn't lose out. Entire hospitals were made obsolete by the polio vaccine. People will still get sick but just from different diseases at a different stage of life. Very few people stay perfectly healthy and die in their sleep at the age of 90. We are never going to run out of sick people so the idea that Big Pharma is deliberately making people sick or wouldn't profit if we cured certain diseases is crazy. 

The idea that if everyone turned their backs on "Big pharma" most things could be cured "naturally" is absolute garbage. The average life expectancy in the UK in 1850 was around 40, there was a reason for this. 

If Big Pharma didn't make any money there would be no incentive for them to find cures. While I personally hate the idea of them selling treatments at a huge margin. It's far better than the alternative of these treatments not existing at all and people living shorter / less productive lives. A lot of people live in a fantasy world where all medical research is done for free.

There are plenty of examples of where big pharma could have ripped us off but didn’t. My Yellow Fever vaccination was a one off for life jab where they could have easily conned me into paying for a booster every 5 years. If "big pharma" are hiding quick cures to make money then by the same logic billionaires could pay them for these quick cures. Billionaire Steve Jobs faith in alternative medicine likely cost him his life.

Likewise most people who claim to oppose "big pharma" actually still support them. Most hardline anti-vaxxers who argue that their family doctor is clueless or deliberately trying to kill them (depending on what conspiracy theory they believe) are happy to consult the same family doctor for everything else.

It assumes that everyone in the medical industry is an emotionless robot who only cares about the bottom line. This is a problem with the claim that “big pharma is hiding the cure for cancer”. Most human beings do not behave like this, they always have family and friends they care about. 

Doctors spend most of their time telling their patients to live healthier lives. The walls of my local doctors waiting room are covered in posters telling people to stop smoking, exercise more, cut down on alcohol etc. Hardly "wanting people sick so they can profit".

Most people want a quick fix instead of changing their lives. The world is full of people who would rather take tablets than lose weight and stop smoking. They don't want doctors telling them to give up their favourite foods and habits. 

If “big pharma profits from people being sick”, plenty of other industries lose out. The 40 pounds ``big pharma" made from my back injury (Naproxen tablets) was vastly outweighed by the overtime my workplace had to pay to cover my months absence. Plus the money I wasn't putting into the local economy due to not being able to go out. My workplace has tons of safety procedures to stop me being exposed to harmful substances or situations, because it's in their financial interest to keep me healthy. If the covid vaccination was half as harmful as anti vaxxers say it is. Why didn't my work place advise me against getting it ?

They are the first to complain if the government tries to do something. If the government passed a law restricting the sale of sugary drinks to school kids (a great idea). They instantly do a 180 and start complaining about "freedom of choice" and "nanny state". Ironically the same people who claim "the government wants you fat so they can control you"

The world is full of industries that profit from other peoples misfortunes. "Big car mechanic" profits when your gearbox fails. "Big burglar alarm" profits from higher crime rates. Many of the "anti big pharma" crowd seem to have no problem putting their money into other more questionable industries. In my observation they have no problem funding "big tobacco", "big oil", electronic companies that exploit 3rd world slave labour and drug cartels. At exactly the same rates as the general population.

PROBLEMS WITH THE ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE INDUSTRY

The alternative medicine industry is worth billions. They are not giving it away for free and have obvious financial incentives to lie to people about mainstream medicine. There is no “Alternative medicine” for a broken leg or Appendicitis. A suspicious parallel to the inability of religious faith healers to cure these conditions.

Lack of internal criticism. Person A claims to cure cancer with baking soda and Person B claims to cure cancer with cannabis oil. Both will attack the mainstream (surgery and chemotherapy) but never each other. This is an almost universal trait of conspiracy theories.

Lack of basic understanding. Many speak of Cancer as being a single disease when in reality it’s a collection of over 200 distinct diseases. Types of cancer vary considerably in their causes and the way in which they grow and spread - the sheer complexity of cancer makes a single cure incredibly unlikely.

Not understanding statistics. One website sold magnetic bracelets claiming to cure back pain with a 100% money back guarantee within 90 days. Sounds good, but the problem is that most back pain is the result of pulls / strains that will go away anyway in 6-8 weeks. See also Base rate fallacy - Wikipedia

Lack of testing. No statistics available on how effective an alternative medicine actually is.

Lack of active ingredients. Mainstream medicine clearly states what compound(s) you are actually taking as opposed to an unknown quantity of a ground up plant.

Lack of regulation. The decongestant phenylephrine is currently being pulled from shelves due to being ineffective when swallowed. When was the last time an “alternative medicine” was pulled by its own practitioners for being ineffective?

Side effects. Medicines are required by law to list side effects, alternative medicine typically hides behind a legal disclaimer. “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”
